You’ve been through some really hard times.

I know we’ve likely never met, but I still know this is true.  It’s true because everyone suffers.  It’s an inevitable part of life.  Maybe you’ve been through a divorce, grief or loss, or addiction.  Perhaps you’ve experienced abuse, neglect, or other violence.  It might be from a relationship where you felt betrayed, manipulated, or deceived.  Or perhaps it’s something you did that left you feeling shame, guilt, or remorse.  It might even be a lifelong feeling of not being good enough.

I understand.  Trust me.  I’ve experienced deep grief, the struggle over addiction (and the joy of getting sober), a ridiculously difficult divorce, violence, and a deep belief that I am unworthy.

What about you?  How have you suffered?

Believe it or not, if I could take your suffering away – I wouldn’t.

I wouldn’t because suffering provides opportunities to learn and grow – to become a better person.  In fact, here’s what I believe:

Whenever someone suffers, that suffering remains with them for the rest of their life.  It stays with them, affecting all the areas of their life.  This happens in one of two ways:

The suffering remains as pain – unhealed suffering.
or
The suffering remains as growth – healed suffering.

Of course, the choice is always yours…
you can continue suffering and remain in pain, or you can grow and become your best self.

If it were up to me… you’d grow, and I’d be honored to be the one to help you heal.

Let’s stay connected!
