It doesn’t matter what age you are – 22 or 40 or 65 – if you’re ready for the positive change of LOVING YOURSELF more – this is the right time!
Most women, around mid.life, start to realize they’re missing something. They begin to crave what’s really important in life.
I don’t believe mid.life is always around the age of 40. Mid.life can happen at any age when a woman begins to ‘wake up’ perhaps from a major life event (divorce, grief, illness, other loss) or from a life.changing experience (travel, an accident, a major health scare).
It’s at this time when a woman’s life is split in two and the mid.life journey begins
1) PRE-mid.life – the time when you were ‘going through the motions‘ of life without much thought (probably taking care of everyone else and rarely yourself, probably worried too much about what others think of you, probably holding on to limiting beliefs that stop you from reaching your dreams and goals).
2) POST-mid.life – the time when you’ve ‘taken the reins of your life‘ in your own hands and are living in ways that bring you happiness and fulfillment (taking care of yourself more, being real without worrying about what everyone thinks of you, saying goodbye to any limiting beliefs that tell you you’re ‘not good enough’ and welcoming the truth “I AM WONDERFUL JUST AS I AM!”
