That’s me in the image above – meditating on Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.  It was a gorgeous trip with daily yoga, meditation, and silence – surrounded by cool people, a wonderful culture, and beautiful scenery.  When I went I was at a significantly low point in my life… frighteningly low.  This week in Guatemala saved me – as has my eleven year practice of meditation.

I knew it was time that I provided a way where I could help YOU learn all about the joys of having more quiet and a deeper connection with self in your every day.
